I want to remember this: We had a great experience with the exceptional staff members, especially Emle (I hope I'm spelling her French name correctly), Courtney, who welcomed us on our first day, and Bharat, who helped us during our check-out. Our room was beautiful and made us feel like we were in a dream. The superb location and lovely neighborhood are fantastic. We will never forget staying at this exceptional hotel with unique amenities and interacting with a tremendous staff who genuinely cared about us. They made everything effortless from the beginning of our stay to when we were ready to leave. This unique experience was a catharsis! We can't wait to return!

Our stay at this hotel in Paris was truly memorable, largely thanks to the exceptional staff. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. We were in Paris for a wedding photoshoot, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our numerous requests with utmost dedication and responsibility. The breakfasts were also a highlight, with delicious food served every morning. Hotel's prime location, just 600 meters from the Luxembourg Gardens and surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes, made our stay unforgettable. For first-time visitors to Paris, don't be deterred by the small sizes – it's part of the city's charm. Relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere!

Jean was an amazing host. We are from the USA and don't speak much French, he was very welcoming and great with directions on our trip to Paris via train and metro, during our stay in getting around for the Olympics via bus etc and anything else we needed. Jean is a great asset to Hotel Chaplain, this is the 2nd time we stayed at this Hotel as we have peace of mind knowing our trip can be pleasurable with people like him behind the desk.

We stayed here for the Olympics and it’s in a great location! There’s a couple different metro stations all within 5 minutes walking, plus lots of restaurants and bars as well. The room was nice but very small. We only had a small bag plus backpacks, but a large bag likely wouldn’t fit very well in the standard room.

To begin with the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful with good recomendations for restaurants and any assistance required. The hotel is in a good location with a metro round the corner and plenty of restaurants to eat nearby. Can walk to louvre etc and attractions easily. Room is big enough and very clean and comfortable. Free minibar which is much appreciated. Nice bathroom and the hotel itself is clean. Would stay again! Room had everything we needed and more.

Hotel was a terrific place to stay. Great location with all u needed nearby to have breakfast, lunch or dinners. The room was very comfortable and they kept it so clean all thru our stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and so helpful with the smallest details to the largest ones. Especially helpful in assisting with understanding the metro subway and trains. They recommended terrific restaurants, guided us on site seeing and made our vacation extra enjoyable. The daily soft drinks in our room and the coffee machine in the lobby were a terrific plus that added to our stay there and kept us hydrated. We highly recommend the Hotel Chaplain!!

Location very good, easy to catch buses or use the metro. Good choice at breakfast. WiFi very good. A wide selection of restaurants nearby. Staff helpful and friendly. Room beautifully made up each day.

Quiet lovely boutique hotel just around the corner of some very nice eateries, bars and cafes in the Montparnasse neighborhood. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Great location about halfway between Catacombs and St. Germain neighborhood.

Cozy and warm hotel close to 2 different metro stations and to many restaurants, very convenient for moving around in Paris. Rooms are extra silent and they’re equipped with a Nespresso machine and mini bar with freebies. Extra support from staff in all potential needs at any time during the day (including restaurant reservation). Breakfast was good in terms of quality. We were travelling with a little child and the crib was ok and comfortable for her
